What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal. Charges are in U.S. dollars. For international purchasers, your credit card bank will determine the exchange rate.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible – subject to product availability, receipt of payment, and credit card authorization.

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 3 business days after your order is received. During the holiday season and other high demand times, your order may take up to 5 days to process.

Pre-order items are not currently in stock. Expected availability dates are noted on the individual product pages and may be subject to change.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order, and another email when your order has been processed. Please feel free to Contact Us should you have any questions in the interim.

Will I Need To Pay Sales Tax?

If your item is being shipped to an address in California, a flat rate of 7.25% on the total amount will be applied. If your order is being shipped internationally, the purchase may be subject to applicable taxes and import duties in the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility.

What Should I Do If I Didn’t Receive My Order Confirmation Email?

Your email provider may be blocking emails from annaborgia.com. Please check your spam/junk folder.

If AOL is your email provider, you can also try visiting: http://postmaster.aol.com/

Look for the Quick Link at the upper right hand corner of the AOL page. Click on Open a Postmaster support request, and choose “Other Issue” from the drop-down menu. Click Next, choose No for “Are you receiving an error message,” then click Next again. Complete the fields on the next page. Hint: If you’re not sure what your Server Address is, open a browser, go to Networktools.com and it will show you your IP address – Example: xx.xxx.xxxx

After you’ve submitted your Postmaster support request, you should hear back within 24 hours regarding your request.

How Do I Cancel An Order Before It Has Shipped?

First, log into your account and check the status of your order. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please email info@annaborgia.com You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and the amount of your refund, which will be processed within 30 days of the original purchase.

How Do I Make Changes To My Order?

Please Contact Us quickly if you would like to make any changes to your order. We are unable to make changes once your order has shipped.

How Do I redeem a promo code (online coupon)?

Occasionally, we sends special promotional offers to our newsletter subscribers as well as first time buyers. These offers may include a “Promo Code”.

Activate your Promo Code during the payment step of the checkout process. Enter your code into the “Promo Code” box, and then click the “Apply” button.

The discount or special offer will be applied to your order. If your Promo Code fails to activate, it may be because it has expired or perhaps the items in your shopping cart are not eligible. If you have any concerns, please CONTACT US before completing your order.

SHIPPING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

ANNABORGIA offers FREE standard shipping within the U.S., which takes approximately 5 to 7 business days after your order is processed depending where your order is being shipped. For an additional fee, you can upgrade from standard to Priority Shipping and receive your package in 2-3 business day (within the U.S.) after your order is processed. Enter your shipping details during checkout, and select the applicable shipping option.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship to all USPS approved Canada and international destinations in approximately 6 to 10 business days DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) after your order is processed. For rates, enter your shipping details during checkout, and select the applicable shipping option.

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, local carrier Collect on Delivery (COD) charges, etc. are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery), and we cannot predict what those charges will be. It is possible that you will need to pay these fees in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require ANNABORGIA to state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

ANNABORGIA reserves the right to cancel international orders due to situations beyond our control in the recipient’s country. If this is the case, we will promptly issue a refund.

How Do I Track My Package?

Your Order Completion email will contain a tracking number. You can also visit LINK and follow the instructions on the page to track your package.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We are happy to accept returns on items in their original condition for refund within 20 days of original purchase.

Returned merchandise must be in new and unworn condition. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.

1.Garments must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair – and must have the original tags intact and attached.

2.If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation by emailing us at info@annaborgia.com. (see additional notes below).

3.No Returns/Exchanges on FINAL SALE items

For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported within 20 days of receiving shipment. To report such items, contact our online customer service team immediately via the e-mail address listed on your packing slip.

Depending upon stock availability, Annaborgia will attempt to replace defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees for the item(s).

Unless an error was made by ANNABORGIA, the cost of shipping a return will be the customer’s responsibility. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Please note that taxes and original shipping charges (including customs, duties, etc. that are paid by the purchaser) are nonrefundable.

How Do I Return An Item?

Contact Us with your name, email address, phone number, order ID#, and reason for your return. You will receive an Order Return Confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to ANNABORGIA. Items returned without an Order Return Confirmation will not be accepted.

Our clothes are designed with comfort in mind so they will fit standard sizes allowing a little more room for a looser, easy fit.

What Kind Of Fabrics Do You Use?

According to our brand great respect for animals we only use Cruelty-Free textiles. Cruelty-Free means that in any way or form these textiles are produced by harming or exploiting animals, nor are in any way a sub product of animals. We currently use high quality synthetic fibers made in Japan that have not been subjected to any toxic dyes harmful for your health or the environment.

Where do you manufacture your clothes?

We are very proud to move our first steps in the Fashion Industry being part of the Slow Fashion movement supporting Fair Trade and Labor Rights. We produce locally in South San Francisco.
